We will be staying at Donegal House in Kaikoura.  For those of you unfamiliar with it, it is an Irish Pub and Restaurant with some motel accommodation.  We ask you to make your own accommodation reservations directly with Donegal House as soon as you can as they’re not holding the rooms for us. If they run out of room, there is plenty of alternative accommodation in the Kaikoura region including some very good camp grounds if you’re keen on tenting!

The current plan is that everyone is to make their own way to Kaikoura after work on Friday 11th.  The weekend HQ will, of course, be at Donegal House. On Saturday (12th) we will have devised some fiendishly obtuse route that will take us out and about for the day. Hmmm, maybe not obtuse or fiendish but just adventurous.

Saturday night will be dinner at Donegal House (let them know you’ll be eating in that night) and then everyone can have a leisurely departure on Sunday morning and make their own way home.
