New South Wales Odyssey

The CMSNZ is heading overseas again. We're off to our nearest neighbours again and there's the opportunity to be at Bathurst!

Announcing our next 15 day adventure in Australia. The final dates are confirmed, late September /early October 2015. The route plotting is done (updated information here) and we will be circumnavigating the State with a stop-over in Orange so we can go to the Bathurst race meeting.

As with the South Australian Odyssey we are asking for a non-refundable deposit to cover the organising expenses,  motel booking deposits and entry to Bathurst.

The NSW Odyssey 2015 is now open and the entry form can be found here (pdf file).

Updated 4th March:

We now have 15 entries so have space for a few more. If you decide that you can join us can you please get an entry in as soon as you can. 

We now have confirmed the Bathurst tickets and all the accommodation for the Odyssey has been confirmed and deposits paid. 

As with the SA trip we have commissioned commemorative rally plates and there will be one per car. If you want a second then you should let Graeme Sharp know. There will be a cost associated with any extras and it is likely to be $25 . 

Max Clarke has priced rental cars for us and Graeme will be sending out details to confirmed entrants by the end of February. It is cheaper to collect your car from a city depot as there is an additional daily cost for airport pickups and drop offs. If when you get the data from Graeme you decide to go for the depot pick up it may pay to arrive in Sydney the day before the tour starts.
