Start is at our co-sponsor, John Stewart’s business premises, Russley Portables, 656 Wairakei Road, Russley, next to Stewart’s Classic Collection (south side). This is opposite the back of the Russley Golf Course and next door (town side) to Hinton’s Restaurant, Stewart’s Classic Car Collection and Bel Air Gardens. It will be sign posted. Down a long drive with plenty of parking.
Registration is from 9am. Closes at 10am. $15 per vehicle. No desperate hurry to depart this year, but about 15 minutes from time of registration would be ideal. This will allow you time to inspect the display portacoms on site. (You will have plenty of time to view the other vehicles on the rally, as one and a half hours has been allowed for, at the lunch venue).
After lunch, at our first afternoon destination, the proprietor will give a talk in regards to his business, inside his huge (and immaculate) building. You will be impressed, we are sure. Also here, as we are expecting good numbers this year, we have gone to the expense of hiring twin toilets at this venue. (Let’s hope for a beautiful day, like the two days we planned and then re-checked the route and visits.)
The day’s end is at a country café, which of course is optional. Please bring a picnic lunch, although there is a shop close to our lovely lunch venue. Sandwiches, rolls, pies etc. However, they don’t cater for a large influx of people, so may run out! Best come prepared. Oh yes – we are on Facebook now. Many photos from previous NCCT events.
Please endeavour to have the correct entry fee money of $15 when registering. This is not essential, however it would help to speed up the process. Thank you.
