Run postponed 1 week due to Christchurch Earthquake!
We postponed this run for 1 week to allow everyone to deal with whatever they need to deal with in the wake of the 7.1 earthquake that Christchurch and Canterbury experienced on Saturday morning (4th September 2010).
Please note that the details of this run may change, depending on what's happening around the city but please do join us as its a chance to have a relax, unwind with friends and smell the roses (daffodils).
The countryside drive to admire the arrival of Spring has turned into a visit to parts of the city where there are definite signs of Spring (this may well be amended on the day, depending on circumstances). We will finish at the Air Force Museum in time for coffee & cake and a look through the FREE ENTRY Museum.
Meeting as normal at 10.30am, 10.30am in the Princess Margaret Hospital carpark at the west end.
NB: the meeting place has just shifted across the road to the carpark onsite at Princess Margaret Hospital as its easier to stand in the middle of the carpark and chat well away from the traffic.
